You don’t have to wonder what it was like to be there because Super 8 films make you feel like you were there!
The drinks flowed freely, the speeches ended in glasses clinking, more tears, belly laughs, and cheers all around.
You couldn’t wipe the smiles off these twos faces the whole weekend if you tried to. The air was thick with joy and the people were electric as they celebrated Brenin & Packy under a classic white tent in Bay Harbor on Lake Michigan.
Straight off the bat, I will say my vote is for a live band (sorry DJ friends!) – I’ll share why below… A few questions to consider: LIVE BAND Pros Cons Each of the above 3 photos are from weddings that had live bands, let’s now move onto DJs… DJs Pros Cons So, should you […]
Super 8 films OR “an experiment in merriment”. No one wedding day is like the other and neither are these nostalgic wedding films!
Even though it was hot as could be this September at Felt Mansion, it couldn’t stop from Letting Abbie & Tom’s love from opening the doors (a little play on their first dance song “Let My Love Open the Doors”).

Oh wow, what could I say about these two that has not already been said from their most beloved friends and family? I will never forget starting the wedding weekend sitting across from Jill’s dad at Pepp & Dolores like part of the family. We got served some of the best food from J&Js favorite spot right around the corner from where they live while all their best friends and family stood up and gave speeches that were equal parts funny, sentimental, and honoring.
The weather was perfect on Mackinac Island, the sun was shining, and the ferry’s were bustling all the guests over for this amazing day at the Grand Hotel. Some friends & family took 4-5 modes of transportation to celebrate these two (plane, train, car, ferry boat, and a horse drawn carriage ride). For these two, it was well worth it.
Joyous. Emotional. Homage. Tradition. Culture. Just a few words to describe this amazing day of Karina & Drew’s wedding up North in Michigan near Traverse City. The backdrop: gorgeous, deep blue, Torch Lake.
