Meet Duo, who planned proposing to Ru from his office in China down to the smallest detail of picking up a peony bouquet, her favorite. And Ru, who designed (!!!) her own blue silk dress and dabbed little sparkles by the corners of her eyes.

They’ve been married for only a year and had a little baby girl in that time so they wanted to re-dedicate their marriage and what it means to wake up every day and choose the person lying next to you. Love isn’t all unicorns, rainbows, and butterflies – no, it’s choosing and committing to the same person day after day, month after month and year after year.

Rajiv is the man, he managed to plan this entire proposal from New York and keep it a secret from Romee for about six weeks!

Rajiv Proposes to Romee at Makapu’u

Life lately in Hawai’i: waking up to the roosters crowing and bull frogs croaking in our backyard before the sunrises, enjoying the 20 yard walk to the ocean to watch the morning wake up, climbing rocks and stuff on our weekly hikes, hanging with friends in the North Shore tide pools, snorkeling in the clear water, and spending whole days getting sunburnt in the big blue 🙂

Life Lately: January 2018

When Kelly noticed giant sweat spots on her dress? They just cracked up about it.

Kelly and Alex are Engaged

Those are the fleeting, irreplaceable moments that take place on a wedding day that get lost in the whirlwind if someone isn’t paying attention. And that’s why we’re there – to pay attention.
